Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc in the Philippines is seeking a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations in Metro Manila. The role orchestrates pre-onboarding for new hires across North America brands, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, IT, HRIS, and vendors to ensure a compliant, smooth start.

You will drive the onboarding workflow, review eligibility documents, and escalate issues as needed, while supporting process improvements and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years in talent acquisition, HR operations, or related.
• Experience with immigration processes and onboarding logistics is desirable.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, ATS, HRIS, and SharePoint.
• Must be amenable to work remotely and in EST schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities for new hires.
• Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, IT, and vendors.
• Review employment eligibility docs, background checks, and OFAC.
• Ensure completion of pre-hire tasks 3–5 days before start date.
• Support TA functions with audits, vendor relations, and improvements.
• Assist immigration/relocation referrals to Global Mobility.
