Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), part of Carnival Corporation’s family in the Philippines, seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator located in Metro Manila.

You will manage pre-onboarding activities, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and IT, IAM, HR tech teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless start for new hires. You will review eligibility docs, conduct background checks, and coordinate I‑9 tasks within tight timelines, while contributing to process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.
• Experience with immigration processes and onboarding logistics is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Process tickets and communicate between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders (IT, IAM) and vendors.
• Launch the pre-onboarding process for each new hire per predefined workflows.
• Initiate and review background checks, employment verifications, and I-9 documentation timelines.
• Provide operational support across TA functions and contribute to process improvements.
• Support immigration and relocation processes with Global Mobility as needed.
