Job summary

Uptalent.io is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist (Remote) to own end-to-end recruitment across LATAM markets. You will build proactive pipelines, engage passive and active candidates with empathy, and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline hiring.

You’ll manage sourcing strategies, optimize interview workflows, and report on KPIs while preparing to scale the HR function with a remote, high-growth team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in full-cycle recruitment (agency, B2B, or high-growth startup).
• Proven track record building proactive pipelines across ≥3 disciplines.
• Hands-on rapid-response hiring: delivering candidate slates fast.
• Demonstrated negotiation success and strong offer-acceptance rates.
• KPI-driven mindset: experience reducing time-to-fill, boosting conversion, improving NPS.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline creation & management: source and pre-qualify candidates, present 3–5 top options quickly.
• Candidate engagement & closure: build rapport, conduct high-volume screening.
• HR process & optimization: design workflows for sourcing, screening, interviews, offers; KPI tracking.
• Strategic talent partnerships: map LATAM markets and cultivate sourcing channels.
• Future team leadership: act as HR quarterback and mentor a recruitment team as we scale.
