Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define vacancy requirements and timelines.
• Publish job ads and source candidates across channels.
• Screen applicants and shortlist against requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Prepare offers and employment contracts.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and transition to HR/payroll.
