MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Reporting Operations Specialist to build, maintain, and produce standardized reports for clients and internal teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and repeatable deliverables within a work-from-home setup.

You'll configure reporting tools, support data collection, generate recurring client reports, and implement enhancements as needs evolve. A detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, operations, or analytical roles preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new reporting tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy spreadsheet-based time trackers for new client teams.
• Maintain reporting trackers and update team members and data fields as needed.
• Generate recurring client reports and internal scorecards, using Tableau.
• Verify charts, filters, and visuals reflect approved data and export to PDF.
• Collaborate with Client Operations and other teams to improve data quality.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and maintain reporting templates and standards.
