Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to gather and analyze operational and financial data from multiple systems. You will validate data, produce daily to monthly reports, and provide insights to support decisions. Collaboration with onshore teams will ensure reporting accuracy and timely SLAs, with a focus on data integrity.

The role requires a finance/business background and strong Excel skills, thriving in an on-site environment in Parañaque City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or any business-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data reporting, finance operations, or analytics role.
• Advanced Excel skills (proficient with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with onshore teams.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical mindset to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate operational and financial data from multiple systems, including billing, AR, and operations platforms.
• Perform strict data validation checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports to monitor trends and variances.
• Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights that support operational and financial decision-making.
• Liaise closely with onshore teams to align on reporting requirements, manage SLAs, and maintain updated documentation and templates.
