Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Reporting Specialist to build, maintain, and deliver standardized operational reports for clients and internal teams.

You will configure reporting tools, support data collection, and generate weekly and ad hoc reports using Tableau, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Applicants should have a degree and 1–3 years in reporting or analytics, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new tools in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in reporting, operations, business support, or related analytical role preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies and formatting issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines.
• Ability to learn new reporting tools and technologies quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow standardized processes while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Reporting Infrastructure: Build, configure, and deploy spreadsheet-based time trackers for new client teams.
• Data Quality & Reporting Operations: Monitor trackers for accuracy and consistency; partner with teams to resolve issues.
• Weekly Report Production: Generate recurring client summaries and internal scorecards using Tableau; QA dashboards.
• Tableau Configuration & Maintenance: Configure workbook templates for new clients; validate data sources.
• Reporting Enhancements: Implement new metrics and visuals as requested; update trackers accordingly.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Support one-time and recurring reporting requests and data preparation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Client Operations, Delivery Leadership, and others to meet reporting needs.
