Job summary

TTEC Philippines in Metro Manila is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our remote team. You will develop dashboards, analyze data, and provide insights to improve operational and financial reporting for our client base.

You will work with Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL and BI tools to deliver data-driven solutions and ad-hoc reports. Collaboration with leadership and internal customers is key to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience preferred).
• Strong hands-on with advanced Excel, Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions for internal clients.
• Analyze operations and financial reporting; provide recommendations to improve processes.
• Maintain data quality; conduct routine audits of site, client and project data.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and present results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal customers to deliver insights and KPIs.
