Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team in the Philippines to support a telco client. The Client Reporting Analyst will create, enhance, and deliver governance and SLA reports and provide insights to improve client satisfaction and delivery performance.

The role focuses on automation, scripting, and reducing manual effort, while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in reporting, BI, or data analysis role in ICT/telecommunications/managed services.
• Experience producing client-facing reports (governance packs, SLA dashboards, utilisation reports).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI for analytics and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled reports (governance, service performance, utilization, mobile statistics).
• Respond to ad-hoc and bespoke reporting requests; monitor client health and trends.
• Analyze outputs to provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure reporting tasks are completed accurately and within timeframes.
• Maintain version control and documentation across reporting outputs.
• Identify process improvements via automation, scripting, AI, or alternative tools.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Client Delivery Managers to align reporting with business needs.
• Contribute to customer governance frameworks with accurate, timely, data-driven reporting.
• Maintain documentation and work instructions updated at least every six months.
