Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Reporting Analyst in the Philippines to join our remote team. You will analyze operations and financial data, generate insights, and provide recommendations to improve processes and performance.

You’ll develop dashboards, maintain data accuracy, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Looker, Studio, Power BI, Tableau, and related tools. Collaboration with leadership and internal clients is key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel
• Power Query
• Power Pivot
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of data, performance and KPIs to interpret reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex business projects.
• Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions; perform data analysis and visualization.
• Maintain database records and conduct routine audits to validate site, client, and project relationships.
• Provide insights to enhance processes, productivity and KPIs.
• Work with leadership and internal customers; present results.
