Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Support Specialist to own customer issues, think deeply for solutions, and contribute to our daily support approach. The role supports 24/7 coverage with night and weekend shifts that are fully compensated.

You will assist customers via in-app, phone, and email, and work with international teams to resolve issues while delivering a secure, high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1+ level).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner.
• Great numeracy, analytical, and IT skills.
• Empathy when helping people.
• Driven and self-motivated, with a flexible team-player attitude.
• Independent problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide our customers with an outstanding experience via in-app, phone, and email, ensuring they feel secure while using our features.
• Collaborate with other international teams to tackle customer issues.
