Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to own and resolve customer issues across our global platform. You will engage with customers, resolve chargebacks, and work with product teams to improve service quality.

This role supports 24/7 coverage, including potential night and weekend shifts, and offers flexible work options from home, in the office, or abroad, with a focus on delivering clear, empathetic assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or provisional certificate.
• 18+ months in customer service.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
• Experience in chargeback, fraud, and disputes resolution.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer chargeback requests with accuracy and care.
• Support core product functionality to solve basic chargeback product-related queries.
• Handle basic FAQs and troubleshooting independently, seeking guidance only on complex cases.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient support on frequent and less complex requests.
• Gather relevant information in a structured way to conduct investigations.
• Perform root-cause analyses (RCA) to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) with quality and consistency.
• Communicate clearly and simply to ensure a great customer experience.
