Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Support Specialist to own business customer issues, delivering an outstanding experience via in-app chat, phone, and email. You’ll work with product teams to improve customer journeys and support 24/7 coverage with occasional night/weekend shifts.

You’ll collaborate across teams globally to resolve complex issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 18+ months of customer service, and strong English, communication, numeracy, and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience providing B2B or business customer support.
• Bachelor's degree (must provide provisional certificate).
• 18+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner.
• Great numeracy, analytical, and IT skills.
• Empathy and love for helping people.
• Drive and self-motivation, with a highly flexible team-player attitude.
• Independent problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities
