Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator (Logistics) to manage supply planning, logistics, and inventory across multiple channels, including offsite events. You will handle P.O. workflows, coordinate with 3PL providers, and maintain accurate reporting with strong Excel skills.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage complex logistics workflows. This is an independent contractor position with potential for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning: raise/review/cancel purchase orders; follow up on late items; manage P.O. report; coordinate shipping plans for fixtures and supplies.
• Logistics: coordinate with Account Managers, monitor shipments, manage inbound stock movements, and coordinate with 3PL providers.
• Inventory Management: maintain SOH reports, review dispatch orders, coordinate store stock and stock takes.
• Wholesale: coordinate and manage monthly wholesale orders.
• Offsite Events: plan, stock, dispatch, and deliver for offsite events; manage inter-branch transfers in Unleashed.
