The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience identifying process improvements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and provide input on logistics documents for authenticity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to highlight best practices in logistics and SCM.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in current supply chain workflows based on real-world experience.
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structures and process optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality assurance by validating relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.
• Contribute to training materials reflecting industry standards and supply chain challenges.
