Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Solar Operations & Maintenance Coordinator to monitor assets, coordinate with stakeholders, and decide when remote fixes suffice versus field dispatch. The role is client-facing, remote, and focuses on keeping commercial solar assets running smoothly across multiple sites.

You will work from home, support several projects, and communicate clearly with owners, property managers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations, service, asset-management, or performance-monitoring for solar assets.
• Direct experience with commercial solar portfolios and communicating with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with multiple solar platforms and energy monitoring portals.
• Experience coordinating large projects and using a CRM or work-management platform; Zoho preferred.
• Ability to distinguish remote-fixable issues from field-dispatch needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor commercial solar assets across platforms and identify performance issues remotely.
• Decide when to use remote fixes versus field dispatches based on data and history.
• Coordinate service and maintenance across multiple active projects with competing timelines.
• Communicate technical issues and next steps clearly to asset owners and stakeholders.
• Manage material ordering and warranty/RMA processes end-to-end.
• Log all work in a CRM or equivalent platform and liaise with vendors and crews.
