Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Manufacturing Data & NAV Admin to create and manage item records in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, maintain BOMs and production schedules, and update related project data. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and other teams to ensure accurate data and adherence to processes.

The role emphasizes high attention to detail, organization, and ability to work remotely in a structured environment, supporting cross-functional teams in data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry and data-management capabilities.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across large volumes of item and production data.
• Familiarity with NAV and BOM concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update item records in Microsoft Dynamics NAV from Purchasing/Engineering data.
• Maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and Production Schedules.
• Update production documents and daily productivity records in NAV.
• Track item creation status in project tools and ensure data consistency.
