Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Support).
• Experience with CS SaaS tech such as CRM (Salesforce), Tableau, Outreach, Apollo, Front.
• Ability to operate across regional time zones.
• Positive, self-driven, proactive and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engagement plans for a diverse client portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and recommend strategies.
• Serve as a product expert, advising customers on leveraging ClickUp features.
• Analyze user data and ROI to translate into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers to set clear goals, success metrics, and timelines.
