Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a CX Operations Analyst in the Philippines to own partner services workflows, SOWs, invoicing, and renewal processes while delivering data insights and AI-driven automation across TAM, Solutions, and CX.

You will collaborate with Finance, GTM Systems, and stakeholders, build dashboards in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Hex, and help scale operations with rigorous governance and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations or Analytics in SaaS or GTM environments.
• Proven ability to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that improve productivity.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with BI tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Hex).
• Strong collaboration across global stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with partner services, invoicing, and renewals processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own partner services workflows (SOWs, invoicing, renewal processes).
• Develop data analyses and AI automations to support CX, TAM, Solutions, and CX Ops.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Hex.
• Enable cross-functional collaboration and governance for partner access and processes.
• Extract insights to inform renewals, retention, and operating leverage.
