Proficient at building reports and dashboards to drive leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Operationalize partner delivery quality and customer outcomes measurement.
Manage end-to-end SOW management for Partner subcontracting and invoicing workflows.
Build AI-driven workflows to automate internal processes and CX operations.
Extract insights from data and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Hex.
Collaborate across TAM, Solutions, and CX to deliver on strategic initiatives.
