Job summary

SmartScale360 is hiring a Recruitment Specialist (Remote) to support our US-based clients by managing the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding. The role emphasizes sourcing top talent, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in recruitment or talent acquisition, strong English communication, and experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment/talent acquisition experience
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluations
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems and recruitment platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and role fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using ATS and CRM platforms
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities
• Manage candidate communications while providing an excellent candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and monitor hiring progress and sourcing performance
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies
