You will collaborate with team leads, craft sourcing strategies, interview candidates via video, and manage pipelines using ATS tools. This role requires strong English communication and a drive to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work a U.S. time zone schedule.
• Experience sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and connect candidates for US-based clients.
• Build candidate pipelines and manage hiring processes.
• Conduct video interviews and assess fit with client expectations.
• Collaborate with team leads and refine job descriptions.
