Job summary

SmartScale360 is looking for a High-Volume Volume Recruiter (Remote) to support our U.S.-based clients by managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. If you have experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, candidate sourcing, staffing, or HR, and enjoy connecting top talent with great opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Executive Search, HR, or Candidate Sourcing.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) and experience conducting candidate interviews.
Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer acceptance.
Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interviews.
Assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows in ATS/CRM.
Track recruitment metrics and sourcing performance.
Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
