Qualifications

• Must hold a college degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA is preferred but not mandatory; Non-CPA acceptable with relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and compliance.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identify variances.
• Handle large data sets for financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Support month-/year-end close processes with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in accounting.
• Assist in internal and external audits with required documentation.
