Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Senior Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves general ledger duties, journal entries, and period-end close in a hybrid work setup after an initial onsite training period.

A CPA is preferred but not mandatory, with strong data handling and ERP experience required. The successful candidate will manage reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and data manipulation.
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables.
• Experience with general ledger, journal entries, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post Journal Entries with accuracy and compliance.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly results and identify variances.
• Handle large data sets for financial reporting.
• Assist in financial statements and reporting deliverables.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in accounting.
• Support internal and external audits.
