DOXA in the Philippines is seeking a Staff Accountant to maintain financial records, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close in accordance with GAAP. The role focuses on accounts receivable and deferred revenue across multiple entities, with audits support and variance analysis.

Location: The Philippines – Remote; English fluency and strong communication required. Hours align with Pacific Daylight Time, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM PDT (5:00 AM–2:00 PM Philippine Time).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience with reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Record all receivable transactions for all entities, ensuring invoices are posted correctly.
• Monitor and classify payments and prepare AR reconciliations.
• Record deferred revenue transactions and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Senior Accountant and Trust department to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare sales tax documents with Sr. Tax Accountant and assist with GL reconciliations.
