Job summary

Task2Virtual PH is seeking a bilingual remote specialist to work with U.S.-based doctors and medical professionals. You will learn and apply medical terminology in Spanish while supporting bilingual healthcare communication.

The requirements include fluency in Spanish and English, a Bachelor's degree, and at least one year in BPO or bilingual VA roles. A reliable backup device, dual monitors, uninterrupted internet, and willingness to undergo a 3-week unpaid training are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in learning medical terminology.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or bilingual VA roles.
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in U.S. medical insurance processes.

Responsibilities
