Job summary

Task2Virtual PH is seeking a bilingual remote specialist to work with U.S.-based doctors and medical professionals. You will learn and apply medical terminology in Spanish while supporting bilingual healthcare communication.

The requirements include fluency in Spanish and English, a Bachelor's degree, and at least one year in BPO or bilingual VA roles. A reliable backup device, dual monitors, uninterrupted internet, and willingness to undergo a 3-week unpaid training are required.

About the role

Work closely with U.S.-based doctors and medical specialists to provide excellent patient care and customer service from a remote location. The role involves learning and applying medical terminology in Spanish while supporting bilingual healthcare communication.

About you

• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in U.S. medical insurance (Eligibility, Pre-authorization, Referrals, Claims)

• Desktop or laptop only (MacBooks and phones not allowed)

• Device must have at least a Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 processor

• Must have a backup device

• Dual monitors required

• Reliable primary and backup internet

• Power backup (UPS, generator, backup laptop, etc.)

• Willing to undergo 3-week unpaid training program
