Job summary

GetMyCourse is seeking a high-calibre Headhunter & HR Specialist to build our talent pipeline for niche commercial roles while owning key people initiatives. You will recruit for senior sales positions and act as the HR point person for engagement, onboarding, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in recruitment/headhunting, preferably in sales/tech/B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to recruit niche, high-performers and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for niche and senior sales roles.
• Source and engage A-player candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Screen and interview using competency-based methods and assess track records.
• Present shortlist with clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate experience and coordinate interviews and offers.
