Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote position within Spain. You will engage clients, drive PoCs, and deliver Level 1 support across channels, ensuring smooth integration of our media streaming solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HLS/DASH, CDN markets, WebRTC and P2P concepts, strong cloud skills (AWS, Google Cloud), and fluency in Spanish and English. You’ll collaborate across teams and adapt to time zones to support clients in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Lead PoCs and provide technical support throughout project lifecycles.
• Deliver Level 1 support across diverse channels.
• Proficient with media streaming protocols (HLS, DASH).
• Fluent in Spanish and English; another language is a plus.
• Experience in CDN market and familiarity with providers.
• Knowledge of network protocols, WebRTC, and P2P concepts.
• Proficiency with version control, microservices, and container orchestration.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Google Cloud.
• Implement observability tools and monitoring stacks.
• Time zone flexibility to work 5-6 hours behind Spain.

Responsibilities
