Visa Hunt in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on operations professional to support US-based clients through onboarding and platform adoption. You will learn the business by performing daily operational tasks and identify trends to improve the client experience.

The role requires starting from frontline work, with progression into leadership or QA roles being preferred. You will work 100% remotely from the Philippines, targeting US Central Time hours, and have opportunities to grow into

Qualifications

• Operations or client support background with hands-on experience.
• Progression into a Team Lead, Supervisor, QA, or similar operations role is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable starting with frontline operational work to learn the business.
• Experience with root‑cause analysis, KPI/trend analysis, QA, or process improvement.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Organized, analytical, and proactive.
• Based in the Philippines; available to work US Central Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Support US-based clients through onboarding, platform adoption, and locator support.
• Learn the business by performing the day-to-day operational work yourself.
• Identify trends in client questions, support activity, and platform usage.
• Investigate issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Improve SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal documentation.
• Share operational insights and product feedback with management and engineering.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
