BruntWork is seeking an Outbound B2C Cold Caller (Solar Home Energy) to join a fast-growing lead generation venture. You will conduct high-volume dials, follow scripts for A/B testing, and book appointments for the internal sales team.

This is a remote, independent contractor role with immediate hiring and benefits eligibility for eligible locations. Ideal candidates have strong telemarketing experience, solar/home energy background is a plus, and can work independently during U.S.

Qualificações

• Experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting in a B2C environment.
• Background in solar/home energy preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts and deliver messaging clearly.
• Resilience to handle rejection while meeting call targets.
• Excellent phone presence and communication.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Make 100–150 outbound dials per day to residential consumers.
• Follow scripts for A/B testing and ensure consistent messaging.
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Input appointments into the scheduling calendar.
• Track call outcomes and key metrics on spreadsheets.
• Provide feedback on script effectiveness and share best practices.
