Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking an experienced Outbound Appointment Setter to support high-volume consumer outreach campaigns on a remote basis. You will make outbound calls using dialer tech, qualify prospects, handle objections, and schedule transfers or callbacks during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Strong communication, CRM discipline, and a target-driven mindset are essential. Experience in lead generation or telesales, plus comfort with coaching feedback, will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Experience qualifying consumers before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Gain the consumer’s attention quickly.
• Deliver clear and professional call openings.
• Ask required qualification questions.
• Handle objections and initial rejection.
• Build interest without using aggressive or misleading tactics.
• Ask qualified consumers to speak with a sales representative.
• Complete warm and live transfers.
• Schedule callbacks or appointments when required.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and call dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts, qualification requirements, and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily performance targets.
