Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inbound and outbound sales experience.
• Previous outbound telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, telco sales, or upselling experience is a MUST.
• Strong spoken English, clear pronunciation, and confident phone presence.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, objection-handling, and customer engagement skills.
