Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of our production systems. You will design and implement automation for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with development teams to improve system resilience, implement observability, and accelerate incident response in a remote work setting with flexible arrangements. Join a growing offshore MSP with inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering roles.
• Strong Linux/Unix system administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Scripting or programming in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems and services.
• Design and implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve incidents to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with dev teams to improve system design, resilience, and operability.
• Implement observability solutions including logging, metrics, and alerting systems.

Your Role

What You Need

• Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Understanding of incident management, on‑call processes, and SLAs/SLOs/SLIs
• Experience working in Agile or high‑availability production environments
