BruntWork is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist (Social Security Claims) to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will manage inquiries, qualify leads, and support the legal team with accurate intake documentation from a remote home office.

Ideal candidates have experience in social security disability law, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in social security disability law is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Gather key information to determine intake criteria.
• Enter client information into CRM or case management system.
• Schedule consultations and route qualified leads to the team.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions.
• Follow up with prospective clients when additional information is required.
• Provide updates and communicate professionally throughout the intake process.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
