Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to own paid advertising for a service business, bringing campaigns in-house. You will plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Local Services Ads, supported by Facebook ads, with autonomy and clear impact on lead flow and ROAS.

You will help turn leads into booked appointments, handling inbound calls and coordinating schedules, while working remotely on a full-time basis with an EST-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running Google Ads and LSA campaigns for US-based services.
• Working knowledge of Facebook ads.
• Ability to create ad content and run campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication for handling leads.
• Attention to detail in budgeting and campaign settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and LSA campaigns to generate inbound leads.
• Manage Facebook ad campaigns to support lead generation.
• Create ad content and copy across campaigns.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets/targets for ROAS.
• Answer incoming lead calls promptly.
• Schedule appointments on calendar; use contractor accelerator app when possible.
