Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a proactive Google Local Service Ads Specialist to support agency clients from onboarding through ongoing account management. You will lead Zoom onboarding calls, troubleshoot issues, optimize LSAs, manage Google Business Profiles, and handle GoHighLevel CRM pipelines to drive local advertising success.

The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a transition to full-time, offering remote work from the Philippines and collaboration with clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Local Services Ads accounts.
• Experience coordinating business verification and resolving account setup or access issues.
• Practical experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles for local SEO.
• GoHighLevel CRM experience, including pipeline management, client records, tasks, and follow-ups.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to lead client conversations and explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via Zoom and lead structured onboarding meetings.
• Set up and launch eligible LSA accounts with accurate business details and budgets.
• Monitor performance, optimize bidding, budgets, and service areas within guidelines.
• Maintain Google Business Profile SEO and support profile updates.
• Generate monthly client performance reports with lead metrics and recommendations.
