SpecialistHQ is seeking a seasoned Local Services Ads Specialist to manage Google Ads and LSA campaigns from a remote Philippines-based team. You will optimize budgets, analyze data, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to improve results.

The role requires 3+ years in paid search, Google Ads/Analytics certifications, and English fluency. You will work with US time zones, maintain landing pages, and contribute to cross-department projects while staying ahead of digital marketing

Competenze

• 3+ years of paid search and Local Services Ads experience.
• Google Ads Manager certification.
• Google Analytics and Bing Ads certifications.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Mansioni

• Track, measure, optimize and report paid ad performance.
• Provide expertise on paid media, analytics, and reporting.
• Manage a high volume of paid media budgets.
• Develop and optimize keyword ad copy and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve impressions, QS, and CPL.
• Monitor competitor activity and keyword rankings.
• Use Salesforce and other tools for analytics and reporting.
• Identify at-risk trends to reduce attrition and improve results.
• Collaborate across departments to implement strategy changes.
