Specialist HQ is seeking a Google Ads & LSA Specialist for a remote role. You will set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Local Services Ads to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success helps improve performance and reduce at-risk accounts. Responsibilities include campaign tracking, data analysis, keyword optimization, A/B testing, and reporting using Salesforce and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paid search and local services ads.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Bing Ads are required or preferred.
• Experience with Excel and large data sets is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track, measure, optimize and report performance of paid ad campaigns.
• Provide expertise on paid media, web analytics, user experience and data reporting.
• Manage a high volume of paid media budgets.
• Develop, analyze and optimize keyword ad copy and landing pages.
• Perform A/B testing to improve impression share, quality score, and CPL.
• Monitor competitor activity and keyword rankings.
