Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with online project management portal software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple signage projects across client accounts.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and project proposals.
• Research permitting requirements and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain project documentation and client communications.
