Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of customer service orders and projects. You will work with customers, vendors, project managers, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure milestones are met and issues resolved.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time onsite position in multiple cities in the Philippines. Excellent benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management, CRM, ticketing, or order management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer orders/projects from assignment through installation and completion.
• Provide timely status updates and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, milestones, and notes.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation schedules, vendor activities, and activation calls.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and escalate where needed.
• Communicate via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with KPI tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
