Job summary

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, source facilities, and onboard service providers while ensuring cost savings and timely execution.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and fluency in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, or sales.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willingness to travel locally (Mindanao region).

Responsibilities

• Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
• Source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
• Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company
