Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator in the APAC region, based in the Philippines, to support the Project Manager and program team. You will manage project tasks, compile data trends, and help with documentation and training while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years in service or 1–3 years in customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and comfort working US/UK time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in APAC region.
• Minimum two years in a service level industry or 1–3 years in customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide MSP project support and coordination.
• Utilize project management tools to manage, monitor, and track program initiatives.
• Create and share quarterly audit results with the program team and client.
• Document and track updates for SOPs, RACIs, and Process Flows.
• Develop data trend presentations that are scalable for reproduction and provide business insight.
• Work with the Project Manager to create detailed procedures including validation and QA steps.
• Explain results/trends to MSP Executives and adapt presentation as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues using supported Vendor Management Software.
• Support training sessions for suppliers, client managers, and program team members.
• Maintain thorough documentation of program processes and procedures.
