Job summary

Boomering is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Level 1) for a remote late shift supporting clients across Asia. You will be the first contact for incidents and requests, logging detailed tickets in Zoho Desk and resolving many issues at the first line while escalating when needed.

The role requires ownership, clear communication, and the ability to work independently. Domain knowledge includes Microsoft 365 services, Windows/macOS endpoints, and standard networking concepts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT service desk, help desk or first-line support, preferably MSP or multi-client.
• Experience delivering remote support and working to defined service levels.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/ISO 20000 controls is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for incidents and service requests during the late shift via ticket, email, or phone.
• Log all interactions in Zoho Desk with accurate details before work begins.
• Diagnose and resolve first-line issues using remote tools and knowledge base.
• Provide clear progress updates and manage expectations with users.
