Job summary

ScalableOS is seeking a Service Desk Engineer II to join our hybrid team in Manila. You will deliver level 2 end-user support across workstations, networks, printers, and software, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include incident logging in ConnectWise Manage, timely ticket resolution, and adherence to SLA while maintaining clear client communications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT field.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and AD/GP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site level 2 end-user support per SLA.
• Log, document, and track incidents using ConnectWise Manage.
• Hand over tickets to higher levels when needed and ensure closure.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate time entries and billing information.
