Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for US-based roles from the Philippines. You will source, screen, and close Senior and Director-level candidates, using AI tools to streamline outreach and screening. This is a full-time remote role with overlap with US business hours and collaboration with US hiring managers.

You’ll build pipelines, automate processes, and manage scheduling and candidate experience across multiple searches in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting context (sourcing, outreach, screening, automation).
• Self-motivated and proactive — you chase candidates, not the other way around.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing multiple searches at once without dropping balls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from resume review to hire.
• Post job openings across platforms and set up automations to keep pipelines efficient.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance outreach, screening efficiency, and recruiting operations.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, keeping pipelines organized.
• Conduct all screening calls and be the primary candidate point of contact.
• Partner with US hiring managers to align on role requirements and updates.
• Handle scheduling, interview logistics, and admin tasks.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Workable).
• Build recruiting automations and workflows to speed processes.
