Job summary

ADDMORE Services LLC seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) for remote work from the Philippines. The role focuses on quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, pricing, and reviewing project requirements for kitchen, joinery, and stone/marble projects.

You will work independently with international clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions, while coordinating with estimators and project teams. Night shift availability and immediate start are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
• Strong experience in kitchen and cabinetry projects.
• Strong experience in stone/marble works, including countertops, vanities, cladding.
• Experience with joinery/millwork is highly preferred.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and finishes.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
• Experience preparing BOQs and detailed estimates.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with international projects is an advantage.
• Proficient with estimating software (CostX, Planswift, Bluebeam, Excel).
• Available to work night shift and start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for kitchen, joinery, stone and marble works.
• Review drawings and specifications for kitchen, joinery, and stone elements.
• Measure and quantify materials, finishes, fittings, hardware, and accessories.
• Prepare accurate material and labor cost estimates.
• Analyze drawings, scope of work, and specs to identify requirements and discrepancies.
• Prepare quotations and pricing for projects.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and compare pricing.
• Assist in tender preparation and submission.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering where required.
• Coordinate with estimators, drafters, project managers, and other team members.
• Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Maintain estimating databases and project records.
• Review variations and assist with cost control throughout projects.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers for clarifications.
