Job summary

Duo Quantity Surveyors in the Philippines is seeking Quantity Surveyors/Estimators to provide cost estimation and financial assessment for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects on a work-from-home basis. Candidates should have Australian experience, a degree or diploma in construction-related field, 5+ years QS experience, and proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Must reside in Metro Manila area and be available 6:30am–3:30pm PH time.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• 5 years or more quantity surveying experience within the construction industry (Australian experience is required).
• Proven experience preparing estimates and tenders for various project types.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Experience using estimating software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost estimation and tender preparation for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects.
• Deliver construction finance reporting and property-related financial assessment.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and technical documents with strong commercial acumen.
