Job summary

The Canadian Kitchen Company, Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare accurate estimates, and ensure construction works are delivered within budget while maintaining high quality and efficiency.

You will prepare detailed costs and BOQ, monitor budgets, assist in contract administration, deliver regular cost reports, and forecast financial performance to management. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation (construction industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software (if applicable).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Manage project budgets and monitor cost variations throughout project execution.
• Assist in contract administration, including progress billing and variation orders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and financial objectives.
• Provide regular cost reports and forecasting updates to management.
